Preseason Conditioning Program
For High School and College Soccer Athletes
The purpose of this training program emphasizes the critical importance of travel and high school preseason for the progressively elevating player’s fitness to aid in reaching peak performance for the initial period of the competitive season.The program also creates the critical physiological demands of competitive soccer, which is implemented towards strengthening and conditioning a player’s mental and physical performance.
As August approaches, travel and high school soccer players are confronted with
the same dilemma: how best to get themselves into game-shape in the limited
amount of time available for pre-season. Pre-season is also the most critical
time of the entire soccer season.

Do I plan on showing up for preseason in shape?
Will I be sidelined because I wasn't ready for those 2 and 3-a-day practices?
The Preseason Conditioning Program is designed for incoming and returning High School and travel soccer athletes. The program prepares players for their upcoming fall season. Athletes will receive conditioning drills, training in endurance drills, as well as sprint speed, change of direction, first step, first touch, quickness, and speed and agility techniques.
The program runs three days a week for two weeks:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10AM-12N
