- REVIEW & PREPARATION DRILLS -



1-on-1 Defending-Attacking

Purpose:

Closing down or opening space quickly for attacking and defending.

3-on-3 Passing and Possession

Purpose:

First touch and ability to deliver quality passes.

4-on-4 Small Sided Games

Purpose:

Challenges the players to operate as a team.

1v1 Finishing

Purpose:

Finishing skills from four different positions on the field. Players work on their one-touch striking and their ability to finish on the dribble. Ability to finish around the penalty box at multiple angles and different shooting scenarios. Players will be asked to finish on the dribble and strike a ball one-time off a square pass across the penalty box.
